The hotel's location is awesome. It's close to the beach. several restaurants and shops are nearby! the laundry service was useful and breakfast was simple but sufficient. i found the staff polite and helpful throughout my stay. the room i booked was always clean, which i really appreciated. the hotel really was like home
The master keys to all the hotel rooms were accidentally left in my room. thankfully, i returned them. It's definitely a safety concern!

i rang in the new year at this hotel. i stayed one night in two rooms and loved it. the location feels perfect. the beach is nearby, and half the road to the beach is shaded. the owner messaged me on whatsapp to let me know one room was available early. on new year's eve, they had free beers .
the pool area felt quite small, but it was never too busy. i did notice a set of master keys left in our room that belonged to every hotel room. no one noticed they were gone for hours until we returned them. i thought it was not great for safety.

the staff were cute and helped me organize tours. they provide laundry service by the kilo, not per item. the hotel booked transfers for us without any fuss, very helpful.

rooms are spacious, decorated lovely, and feel very clean. i loved the little front terrace with the outdoor lounge. the beds felt comfortable, and i rested well each night.

the hotel is close to the beach and near many good restaurants, bars, and shops. it stands right in the center of everything, yet is surprisingly quiet. it reminded me of a little jungle in the middle of everything.

The hotel's closeness to the beach is a plus. I appreciated the short walk. The staff seemed very kind and helpful . I saw that the landscaping inside the area looked well maintained and pretty. The pool provides shaded areas, which are great during hot days.
I noticed some exterior railings seemed rusted and worn. The hotel could benefit from updates.

The staff was friendly. They helped me book trips for less than the street vendors offered.
The rooms felt worn. There was a need for updates. Mold was in the bathroom. Some fixtures were loose. I noticed some ants in my room. That was off-putting.
